With a total investment of 200,000,000 Yuan, the two phases have both been completed and put into production: Phase I covers an area of 80mu (under building and production; began in February, 2009), with the investment of 80,000,000 Yuan; Phase II covers an area of 120mu (will be under production in 2010), with the investment of 120,000,000 Yuan.
